Decoration & Set-Up/Take Down Services

Decorating a venue can take your event to the next level, and can transform a space into a completely new environment with the blink of an eye. This process however takes time, and being one of the main components to your wedding or event means you need someone you can entrust to ensure this component is taken care of efficiently, while maintaining elegance and quality. 

I offer hourly rates for my decor set-up and take down package, as well as event styling and assistance with decor procurement and rentals. I will assist you with developing a theme if you choose, as well as the coordination of renting the pieces that will create the look you wish for. 

I believe in being as creative as possible, and are always interested in new and fresh ideas. Don't hesitate to contact me and suggest an idea - I love trying new things!

Decoration & Set-Up/Take Down

This service is billed at an hourly rate, and would include set-up of your decor the day prior to, day of if necessary, and day after your wedding or event. 

This package can include, but is not limited to:

- Table Decor: dressing with linens, creation of centerpieces, chair covers and sashes, place cards and menu cards, table numbers, flowers, plateware and cutlery if requested

- Ceiling Treatments: fabric, lights, lanterns, etc.

- Backdrops: Pipe & Drape, Lights, etc.

- Photobooth, Cake/Dessert Table, Candy Bar, Guestbook Table, Cards/Gift Table

- Balloon Garlands

- Ceremony Aisle Decoration

- Ceremony Arch and other decor

Event Styling

In addition to the set-up and take-down of your decor, I can assist you with the development of your theme and style of your event. This would include consultations where we would develop a mood board involving a colour scheme, lighting, theme, and general ambiance you'd like to create at your event. I would then assist you with the rental process of any items needed to create this, and ensure the coordination of these items at your event is taken care of in terms of pick up/delivery from any rental companies. 

This would be charged out at an hourly rate, in addition to the hourly rate for the set-up/take down of your decor.
